Marx and Engels were against people becomming cogs in the mechanics of industy. Marx labored for a long time wishing and hoping that man would someday decide not to become a cog and that one day we all would be equal. So much for that fantasy.
Instead of cogs, we have become pentium chips in the motherboard of technology. I have arms and legs and a sadly out of shape torso but the only moving parts that matter is my fingers and eyes. Read-think-type-click data analyzed processed emailed. And the other chips in the machine hum away in response and somewhere down the line a special device outputs the finished product in the way it was designed to. Frequent lubrication, more and more nowadays using alcohol based lubricants to keep me maintained and on I go humming until one day I break or get upgraded.
And thats all I am, and thats all you are my friend. Even if you think you are refusing to be a cog in the great corporate machine which feeds the rich and subjugates the poor you still are. Your job? Your job is to entertain me, to frighten me and to scoff at be scoffed at by me so that I can better serve my purpose. Only angels and demons live outside of the plan, and since you are reading this you aren’t either one of them.
One cant help but be a cog, its in our nature, millions of years ago single celled organisms started organizing themselves, some became brains and some became assholes. So yeah both you and I are part of the same body both of us have a purpose, one to think the other to spew crap.
Its not my role to convince you how insignificant you are, that you are just an advanced form of bacteria living on a sperical lump of matter with no other purpose but to perpetuate and improve this great society. You will be dead long before you can bear witness to the ends which is just the means to an even greater end, and even if a greater end existed now you probably dont have the mental capacity to comprehend its existence. Your blood cells dont know you exist either.

For quite sometime I sat and watched the seed of this financial fuckup happen. I watched thieving old crooks sell pieces of shit to stupid people who thought they could in turn sell these turds with 4 walls and a roof,(sometimes barely even that) to someone else. No one or almost no one was buying a place to live, everyone was buying to sell. And the banks knew. They must have known. They aren’t preschoolers after all, hell, even preschoolers know to a certain extent that things do not just appear from the nether. A piece of shit property doesn’t become a mansion because the price of it escalates and a broke jobless hustler doesn’t automatically become a real estate tychoon once you throw guarantees at him. But that’s what happened. Broke ass losers who would never have gotten loans and houses that would have never been worth the loans filled up the financial system with credit…meaning money that doesn’t exist but which we hope exists. But illusions fade, like Pamella Andersons appeal and soon the cheapness and trashiness is evident even to the chronically masturbating diehards.

So from the sleazy golfing CEO of the big bank to the sleazy loan officer of the little unsecured loan company to the sleazy estate agent everyone labored under a collective delusion that the suckers would never run out. The suckers buying the property thought each other were suckers, the loan companies thought the buyers were suckers, the banks thought that everyone else were suckers including other financial institutions that they did “security swaps” with. A lot of empty words were invented and a lot of useless paper was written on. Arrogant bitch ass bankers will pretend they are the only ones privileged to understand what was (and still is) happening. But it’s really simple. Like a Ponsy or pyramid scheme: A lot of people were counting on money that other people guaranteed them even though the money never did or ever could exist. A lot of people at the top benefitted from administrating money that didn’t exist but they never cared about the notional money, only the money that they get paid for administering this fictitious cash. Those who didn’t benefit? Well all the suckers who bought into the pyramid scheme late and tax payers like me who don’t do any administration of fictitious money. The government loses its popularity and the administrators have to think up a new disguise for their scheme and a new excuse to validate their inflated salaries. Everybody loses but then again everybody wins. Tax payers like me see bankers and politicians for who they are: lying predators. The administrators get real promotions bonuses and unfortunately (redundancy packages) for presiding over non-existent money and politicians have stuffed their pockets with real money by giving our real money to bail out the non-existent money.
The Credit Crunch is a made up word for disappearance of the made up money like “Abracadabra”! The pretty blonde that stepped into the room has vanished. Smoke and mirrors, the blonde and the money never existed.
